Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE)

This agency specialises in building and managing high-performance websites and digital platforms that drive measurable growth. For several years, this agency has partnered with one of the UK’s fastest-growing ecommerce businesses, acting as a true extension of their in-house team. This client relationship continues to thrive, and they are now seeking an Ecommerce Marketing Lead to drive the next phase of growth.
This pivotal, client-facing role involves leading the marketing strategy and delivery for the agency’s largest ecommerce client. The successful candidate will act as both a trusted consultant and hands-on marketing lead, driving campaigns, reporting on performance, and continually identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deliver ecommerce marketing strategies that drive measurable income growth.
- Act as the main stakeholder contact, ensuring strong communication, reporting, and alignment with the client’s business goals.
- Manage and optimise marketing activity across email, social media, PPC, and SEO.
- Develop, execute, and report on data-driven campaigns using HubSpot and other marketing tools.
- Produce consultative insights, recommendations, and performance reports that highlight opportunities and results.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless campaign delivery and alignment with long-term digital strategy.
- Proactively identify new ideas, campaigns, and initiatives that can accelerate client growth.
About You:
- 5+ years’ experience in ecommerce marketing with a proven track record of revenue and performance growth.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in a client-facing role.
- Proficient in HubSpot with the ability to build and optimise campaigns, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
- Experience across core digital channels: email marketing, paid search/social, and SEO.
- Proactive, consultative mindset — someone who treats the client’s success as their own.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present confidently to stakeholders.
- Agency experience (preferred) or experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment.
