We are currently recruiting for a passionate and proactive Client Services Advisor to join a market-leading provider of warehouse and racking solutions. With over four decades of experience in the industry, our client offers an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to expand their skills within a dynamic, supportive, and fast-paced environment. This is an exciting role for a driven and highly organised professional who thrives on providing excellent customer service, solving problems, and managing client projects from enquiry through to resolution.

The Role:

You will play a key part in supporting the inspection, maintenance, and small works process for a diverse client base. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client enquiries via phone and email.
  • Handling quotations and technical queries while ensuring all processes are followed.
  • Liaising with on-site installation teams to resolve scope-of-work queries.
  • Troubleshooting failed or delayed jobs and coordinating re-scheduling with relevant departments.
  • Building and maintaining strong knowledge of customer systems and portals.
  • Supporting internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Providing friendly, professional communication to clients, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Identifying growth opportunities and supporting overall team development.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of warehouse racking/warehouse environments.
  • Previous experience in an office-based, customer-focused role.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
