Role: Senior PPC Executive
Location: Northamptonshire and hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH)
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
About the Role:
As a Senior PPC Executive, you’ll take the reins on planning, managing and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple client accounts. With a focus on delivering high-performance results, you’ll lead strategy and execution across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, while also liaising directly with clients and Google Partner Account Managers.
This is the perfect role for someone with hands-on PPC experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment. You’ll bring energy, creativity and data-driven insights to every campaign, with the freedom to shape your role and contribute to long-term paid media strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead monthly PPC planning, budgeting and forecasting
– Manage the full lifecycle of client campaigns, from strategy to execution and optimisation
– Provide clients with actionable data analysis and performance insights in regular calls
– Collaborate closely with Google Partner Account Managers and internal teams
– Write persuasive ad copy to maximise CTR and conversions
– Set up new client accounts, including conversion tracking via Tag Manager and reporting through Looker Studio
What We’re Looking For:
– 3+ years’ experience in a paid media role, ideally agency-side
– Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads (experience with LinkedIn Ads or Reddit Ads is a bonus)
– Proven Account Management skills across multiple clients
– Strong communication skills with a proactive, client-focused mindset
– Ability to manage tasks and prioritise effectively under pressure
– Ownership mentality with a collaborative team spirit
– Confident in Looker Studio setup, customisation and reporting
