Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

  • The referrer must introduce a new candidate to Rise10 by providing their details and obtaining their consent for us to contact them.
  • The referred candidate must not be an existing or previously engaged candidate of Rise10

Reward Conditions

  • The referral reward is only applicable if the referred candidate is placed into a job through Rise10, and the candidate successfully completes the first 4 weeks of employment.

Reward Payment

  • Rewards will be issued after the candidate has completed their first 4 weeks of employment and the client has paid all relevant recruitment fees.
  • If you choose vouchers, it is your responsibility to declare the reward to HMRC if required.
  • Charity donations will be made directly to the selected registered charity.

Exclusions & Limitations

  • Self-referrals are not eligible.
  • Rise10 reserves the right to amend or withdraw this initiative at any time without prior notice.
