Role: Senior Electrician

Location: Northamptonshire

Salary: £40,000.00 – £45,000.00

Rise 10 Recruitment are excited to be working exclusively with a well-established, and growing, High-End Domestic, Commercial and Industrial Electrical Installations company based in Northampton, who are looking to grow their team by appointing a fully qualified Senior Electrician.

The preferred candidate will have experience leading a team of electricians on commercial installations running the installation in terms of day-to-day activities, working closely with contracts managers. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have the drive to move forward with professional development courses and want to grow within the company.

Duties:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Supervise junior electricians and apprentices, providing guidance and training as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.
• Ensure that all work is carried out safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Residential, commercial and industrial projects
• EV installations
• Solar PV
• Domestic and commercial EICR’s
• Commercial installations and maintenance
• Work safely and effectively in-line with their health & safety policies and procedures
• Effective communication with customers, work schedules, and line-managers

Skills and Experience:

• 5 years’ experience ideally
• Level 3 diploma in electrical installation
• 18^th edition wiring regs
• ECS Gold Card
• 2391 inspection and testing
• SSSTS is desired or willing complete SSSTS course
