They are now recruiting for an Advance Steel CAD Technician / Detailer. This is a key hire, offering you a unique chance to contribute your expertise to a live project, providing additional detailing capacity.

You’ll take ownership of producing accurate and detailed structural steel models and drawings to support fabrication and installation. Working from the Hampshire office, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the project by collaborating effectively with an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities 

Structural steel modelling using Advance Steel: Utilise your expertise to create precise models.

Production of installation layout drawings: Ensure all layouts are detailed and accurate.

Production of detailed fabrication drawings: Generate comprehensive drawings for fabrication.

Editing, refining, and tidying detailed fabrication drawings: Maintain high standards of accuracy and detail.

Collaborating effectively as part of an experienced project team: Work seamlessly with colleagues to achieve project goals.

About You 

5+ years’ experience in structural steel detailing.

Proven experience using Advance Steel (essential).

Strong background in producing installation layout drawings.

Experience creating and refining detailed fabrication drawings.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced project environment.

Available for immediate start.
