Rise10 Recruitment are partnering with a long-established and rapidly growing business in the fuel and energy sector who are now recruiting for a Marketing Manager. This is a brand new position, created as part of the company’s ambitious expansion strategy, giving you a unique opportunity to build, shape, and lead the marketing function from the ground up.

You’ll take full ownership of the digital and e-commerce strategy, combining creativity with data-led decision making to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand visibility. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this is your chance to make a real impact in a business that values innovation, autonomy, and measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital & E-Commerce Marketing: Lead data-driven digital strategies to grow online sales and engagement, managing Google Ads, SEO, paid media, and website performance while delivering actionable insights through analytics.
  • Marketing Campaigns & Brand Strategy: Create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, and content channels, supporting product launches, CRM activity, and HubSpot automation in collaboration with brand and creative teams.
  • Social Media & Content: Manage daily social media activity, ensuring brand consistency and using performance insights to refine content and boost engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align marketing with business goals through cross-functional collaboration, manage external partners, and report performance insights to key stakeholders.

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce role.
  • Proven track record of delivering growth through digital campaigns and SEO strategy.
  • Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and performance marketing.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Experience in B2B marketing environments.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot for CRM and email marketing.
