  • Liaise directly with clients, managing requirements, updates, and overall satisfaction
  • Coordinate site activities and labour planning
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and site regulations
  • Support modifications, upgrades, and maintenance across PLC, SCADA, and control systems
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve delivery issues

  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement

About You

  • Experience in a coordination, supervisory, or project-based role within automation, control systems, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and industrial control systems
  • Electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting experience (or solid working knowledge)
  • The ability to balance coordination responsibilities with technical involvement
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients and engineers
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Working Hours

  • 40-hour working week
  • Flexible working pattern: Core hours 9:30am – 4:00pm (Monday–Thursday), early finish Fridays (1:00pm), subject to workload
  • Flexibility required for UK-wide site work, including occasional nights and weekends
