About the Role 

Working for a company who specialise in innovative control and automation systems for critical infrastructure, driving sustainability and supporting a net-zero future. This role is ideal for someone with a technical engineering background who enjoys taking ownership of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires an understanding of PLC/SCADA control systems. You’ll work closely with senior management and clients to define project requirements, oversee progress, and support team development. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with senior management and clients to define project requirements, budgets, and timelines. 
  • Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery. 
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to provide clarity and direction. 
  • Adapt project plans as needed to meet evolving business and client needs. 
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. 
  • Assign project tasks based on team members’ skills and experience. 
  • Support team growth by identifying training needs and offering coaching.

You will be based at our clients HQ but will also visit client sites across the UK. Standard working week is 40 hours with a flexible working hours scheme and an early finish on a Friday!
