Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: £40-45,000 plus uncapped commission

Our client are looking for a Senior Account Manager, who must have a Digital Agency background. The client have an office in Northamptonshire and offer the option to work remotely two days a week.
Duties:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our current and new clients. Being the primary point of contact on a day-to-day basis for the clients.
- Negotiate and grow contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that both the clients and our internal expectations are aligned.
- Take the lead in the project management of campaigns, projects and contracted worked to ensure that the team are fully briefed and the team are aligned on budgets and deadlines.
- Working closely with our Strategy and Technical team to identify our client’s strategic needs. Taking a strategic brief and ensuring the output matches the goals within.
- Preparation and presentation of reports to clients with the ability to draw data and information from various internal and external sources to compile into an engaging format.
- Implementing and supporting HubSpot’s software and growing our internal services based around HubSpot’s CRM, Sales Pro and Marketing packages.
- Addressing and resolving issues or challenges between clients and the agency. Spotting the potential for issues and implementing solutions beforehand wherever possible.
- To take on some mentoring and management of more junior members of staff in your team.
Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role within a Digital agency.
- Experience of account managing E-commerce businesses.
- Must have strong experience of HubSpot.
- Practical knowledge in the workings of WordPress websites.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing principles and how they are best delivered.
- A demonstrable knowledge of SEO is essential with PPC knowledge a bonus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert data into meaningful information to clients.
- Experience of negotiating contracts with clients.
