Supervisor / Senior Electrician – Full-Time, Permanent
Location: South Northamptonshire
Salary: |£45,000- £50,000 DOE (dependent on experience)

We are recruiting for a growing Northamptonshire client who pride ourselves on delivering high-quality installations across all aspects of electrical work. This client has a great company culture with a strong leadership team.  Our client covers Industrial, Commercial & Residential and due to growth they are now recruiting experienced professionals to join us as a Supervisor or Senior Electrician.

The Role
You’ll lead by example on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard. Depending on appointment, responsibilities will include supervising operatives, coordinating site activities, liaising with project stakeholders, and maintaining quality and compliance across installations.

Requirements (Essential)

• Minimum 5 years’ experience

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds Part 3

• ECS Gold Card

• 18th Edition (C&G 2382)

• Full UK driving licence

• SSSTS

• Inspection & Testing (2391-52)

Desirable

• IPAF

• PASMA

• SSSTS (Senior role)
