The Client’s Challenge.


A rapidly expanding Digital Agency based in Northamptonshire. Working with major clients across multiple sectors, they needed to recruit specific digital skill sets to support their growth ambitions.

Offering bespoke services such as website design and development, SEO optimisation, and PPC advertising means they need an array of digital talent, each focusing on different services tailored to individual clients.

Restricted by calendars and struggling to manage the lengthy recruitment process effectively, the client reached out to Rise10 to aid them with sourcing four new immediate positions in more senior roles: two Senior Account Managers, a Digital Marketing Manager and a Business Development Manager.

With specifications including senior-level and 10 years plus agency experience, we began our headhunting journey.

It was important for us to get to know the client: who they are, their brand and values, and most importantly, their future goals. This information allows us to clearly understand the type of person they need within their team to help carry their brand forward.

We also discussed the pain points they were struggling with and the importance of these new positions, confirming essential information such as wage package, benefits, working hours, skill sets and must-have experience.
It transpired that the client required multiple roles to develop its marketing department effectively. Matching their request, we recommended our RPO recruitment package for a 12-month recruitment strategy to cover multiple jobs.

In a short amount of time, they were successful in recruiting all three roles.
