The Client’s Challenge.

We were looking to hire a Structural Engineer from a niche background, and it was a new position that we had created due to business growth. We reached out to Rob at Rise10 Recruitment to support us in finding our new hire. We met the client on their premises to get a full understanding of their history, culture and future business plans. It became apparent that this would be a headhunting exercise and there was a need to fully map out the client’s competitors. The client agreed to work with us exclusively and we booked in a weekly Friday call to share updates on our recruitment progress.
